המשתתפים ינסחו כפרטים ובקבוצה, את המוטיבציה שלהם, ואת תחושת החיברות והקהילתיות שלהם במעגלים שסביבם.

במהלך המסע נזהה את הערכים המניעים שלנו, חוזקות קיימים וכוחות שהיינו רוצים לחזק, נעבור סדנת חוסן, נתנסה בסולו ובהפניית קשב, נבחין בקבוצת מחשבות, נתנסה בקיום שיח רגשי, ננסח את החזון והמטרות ובעיקר נזהה את המוטיבציה שלנו.

ביחד עם הקבוצה - נכיר את חבריה, נעסוק בתפקידים שלנו בחיי קבוצה באשר היא, הובלה, תמיכה וחיברות.

ניחשף לקהילות שונות בחברה הישראלית, נתנסה בחוויות זוגיות וקבוצתיות של אמון, ערבות הדדית ותקשורת.

נדייק את המקום של הקהילות שלנו עבורנו, הצורך שלנו והמקום שלנו בהן. (בין היתר משפחה וחברים).

המסע פועל בשני צירים.

ציר אחד שמפגיש פנים וצרכים שונים בחברה הישראלית ביחד עם גופים או אנשים שפועלים למתן מענה לצרכים אלו.

הציר השני, פועל במישור האישי והקבוצתי, בזיקוק ערכים, יכולות, חוזקות והתנסויות מאתגרות ושונות על מנת לזהות, לקדם ולחזק את "האני" שבי בהקשר החברתי.

During this two-day journey we’ll discover new aspects about ourselves, our family and the society around us, including friends, social groups and other social relationships.

The age of mitzvah in children symbolizes maturity in both themselves and their environment, so this journey creates an opportunity to challenge and discover oneself, and have fun while doing it.

The journey includes:

“The Other as a mirror of oneself” – inspirational encounters with people who have faced a difficult life – at-risk youth / minorities / isolated ranches / people with disabilities, etc.

A workshop focusing on leaving childhood behind and accepting adulthood and responsibility

A picture album or soundtrack based on one’s own family

High-altitude extreme activities and exercises

Communal cooking

A walking route focusing on relationships, parenting, communication and trust via a series of outdoor activities and workshops.

A night-time experience – including solo time, as well as a light and sound show.

Meet the communities that make up the multi-faceted society of Israel; the different ethnical Jewish communities, Muslim and Christian Arabs, Druze, Bahá'í, Circassians and more.

For thousands of years, Israel has been a center for both pilgrims and settlers. This contrast has played out on the stage of history, as on one hand rulers traditionally sought to dominate the Holy Land and establish religious centers here, while on the other hand it became a safe haven for persecuted peoples and refugees.

Encounters and discussions with leading speakers will highlight the key role Israel plays for so many religions and people.

The three monotheistic religions were forged in the desert, which was, and continues to serve as a cornerstone, inspiration and a model for so many people.

Through our mutual journey, you will experience the traditional desert way of life, such as survival experiences, desert-based cooking, camel riding and goat herding. We will use the desert’s bounty to create unique items, enjoy a musical show and cope with desert conditions’ experiences.

We will meet, first-hand, people and communities who chose to live in the desert. We will learn about water scarcity and agricultural development in saline soil while discovering how these communities combined inspiration, creativity, vision and fulfillment in the Israeli desert.

• This journey can be combined with visits to Jordan and Egypt or the Sinai Peninsula.

In 75 years of existence, Israel had to establish and invent itself in many areas, ranging from desert farming, startups, security, medicine, art and food. 

During our journey we will be exposed to different aspects of the Israeli development, learn of unique ventures,  and meet with inspiring  people

Among the encounters and workshops to take place

•Peres Innovation Center - Exhibition and meeting with an entrepreneur.

•Desert Agriculture - Visit to the Negev Agriculture Research and Development Center. A visit to Kibbutz Hatzerim which still maintains a contemporary kibbutz community, and developed a world-renowned sprinklers and spray irrigation technology (Netafim), and a visit to one of the solar farms in the Negev.

• The one of a kind - Dead Sea. We will visit the Visitor Center, 430 Gallery Graffiti and a boat or kayaks cruise of the dead sea, to experience its unique natural phenomena

•Security - The confrontation of a small army facing terrorist organizations and surrounded by enemy states - a visit to a military base or a flight simulator, meeting with a news reporter - explaining the issues of the tunnels in Gaza and Lebanon and the Iron Dome defense system.

•Art - the international kibbutz dance company, the Grafity border wall with Lebanon and a visit to the Tefen Museum, a culinary tour that will unravel the development of the world-renowned Israeli culinary culture.

•Medical research – visiting a top-notch medical research company 

A deep, process-oriented journey examining Jewish-Israeli identity across three levels: as an individual touchstone, as a people, and as a nation-state. It explores the dynamic tension between the individual and the unique Jewish collective—inviting participants to position themselves within the ongoing Jewish story.

  • Identity & "Who is an       Israeli?": Direct meetings with minority       communities, combined with independent field exploration in local       villages (e.g., Druze, Circassian), examining majority vs. minority       dynamics, equal opportunities, and comparisons with Jewish minority life       worldwide.

  • Zionism in the Modern Era: Hiking       historical trails to discuss the changing faces of Zionism and defining       what Zionism means to us today.

  • The Jewish Mosaic:      Unmediated encounters with diverse Jewish sectors (such as Ultra-Orthodox       communities in Tzfat) to address questions of Jewish diversity,       tradition, and continuity.

  • Global Jewish Connections:      Dialogues with Diaspora Jewry, Olim (immigrants), and absorption centers       to explore shared Jewish destiny and community life in Israel versus the       Diaspora.

  • Combating Antisemitism: Visits       to Holocaust remembrance centers, reflective walking routes, and media       workshops providing practical tools for online advocacy and combating       modern antisemitism.

21st-Century Resurgence: Examining national rebirth and resilience, highlighting the importance of national memory as a catalyst for future leadership

A journey dedicated to identifying, clarifying, and promoting social issues and values that matter to each participant. The journey operates along two parallel axes: encountering the diverse faces and social needs within Israeli society (along with organizations working to address them), while simultaneously engaging in personal and group reflection to refine individual strengths, values, and social identity.

• Featured Encounters & Activities:

  • Mind-expanding tours of       rarely-visited and off-the-beaten-path locations.

  • Visits to centers for       youth-at-risk, exploring challenges, boundaries, and coping mechanisms       (including high-ropes and extreme park activities).

  • Sustainability studies       focusing on the tension between urban development, quality of life, and       environmental conservation.

  • Life with physical       limitations: experiential activities, motivation, and coping mechanisms       (engaging with individuals with disabilities and wounded IDF veterans).

  • Gender identity and urban       challenges requiring mental flexibility (women’s leadership and LGBTQ+       initiatives).

  • Minorities in Israel: direct,       unmediated meetings and independent field research.

  • Outdoor group challenges:       building and sailing rafts on a river, high-altitude extreme courses,       communal cooking, and creative workshops.

Volunteering with local social projects and community initiatives.

As a Western democracy in a complex geopolitical landscape, Israel deals daily with sensitive defense and political challenges. This journey exposes participants to strategic dilemmas through experiential field activities and direct encounters with key figures.

• Featured Encounters & Activities:

  • Gaza Envelope & Western       Negev: Visits to Sderot memorial sites, the       Nova site, display of burned vehicles, and the border wall. Meetings with       frontline fighters, wounded veterans, and evacuated residents sharing       battle accounts and historical context.

  • Judea & Samaria: Touring       the Green Line and Separation Fence. Dialogues with intelligence       personnel, local Jewish residents beyond the Green Line, and Israeli       Arabs. Visits to historical and modern settlements (Peduel's       "Balcony of Israel", Ancient Shiloh, Ariel University, local       wineries).

  • Tactical Military Simulation:  ("Fauda") Immersive       counter-terrorism exercise practicing team coordination / Flight       Simulator etc.

  • Northern Border: Touring       Rosh Hanikra, the Lebanon border wall, and Golan Heights border       observations detailing tactical changes, Syria’s regional status, and       Druze communities on both sides of the border. Visiting frontline border       communities.

  • Jerusalem Geopolitics:      Exploring the divided city line of 1948–1967 and current Jordan border       crossings.

We’ll go on a two- or three-day journey through the Judean Desert as we search for a real treasure that was hidden 2,000 years ago by a figure from the Bar-Kokhba Revolt.

Piece-by-piece the journey will reveal the character and their struggles, which will help us to discover our own worldview and understand which issues are important to us and who we consider a leader. During our experience, we’ll pick up tools to survive and cope in the desert, while also creating and being inspired by it.

Participants will take part in camping and self-cooking, as well as in workshops for survival, fieldcraft and motivational values. In addition, participants will enjoy solo experiences, creative and inspirational activities, deciphering of an ancient script and rappelling.

Israel is a living history lesson. This journey weaves history, society, and culture together into a continuous timeline of development—from ancient relics to a global high-tech leader.

  • Visiting historical sites that       still operate using ancient traditional methods.

  • Exploring physical trails and       landmarks connected to the establishment of the State of Israel.

  • Flight simulator workshops and       modern defense/military experiences.

  • Exposure to world-changing       Israeli scientific and technological breakthroughs.

  • International art exhibitions,       kibbutz dance performances, border wall graffiti art (such as the Lebanon       border wall), and visits to open-air industrial museums (e.g., Tefen).

  • Touring Jerusalem’s historical       municipal border line (the divided city during 1948–1967) and current       border crossings.

  • Direct dialogues with guest       speakers: journalists, artists, defense analysts, and intelligence       officials.

Milestones

A journey centered around self-discovery, core values, and the concentric circles of identity: the self, family, community, and society. Participants define their individual and group motivations, as well as their sense of social connection and belonging.

• Key Content & Workshops:     Identifying driving values, existing strengths, and areas for personal      growth. Includes a personal resilience workshop, solo reflection time for      attentiveness, a thought-observation practice, emotional discourse      exercises, and formulating a personal vision and goals.

• Group Dynamics: Exploring      roles within a group (leadership, support, connectivity). Exposure to      diverse Israeli communities, experiencing partner and group dynamics based      on trust, mutual responsibility, and open communication. Clarifying the      role of our personal communities (family, friends, social circles) and our      place within them.

Designed specifically for corporate teams, executive leadership, and organizational workgroups, this process-oriented journey aims to identify and develop individual, managerial, and team capabilities within an organization.

• Methodology & Theoretical Framework: The      journey seamlessly integrates theoretical foundations from organizational      consulting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dynamic group      facilitation, and hands-on ODT methodologies.
